This is a fully automatic, computerized saw with the ability to “stack” automatic programs and run then concurrently. You can build a library of common cut lists (up to 100 programs) and keep them in memory to be accessed as needed.

Full 75-point service was completed Jan 2019

Service & New Parts:

Reset Hydraulic pump pressure. Drained and filled hydraulic tank with ISO 46 weight oil. Replaced hydraulic filter. Replaced hydraulic lines on shuttle and main vise. Replaced head feed bearings. Checked and set hydraulic pressures. Drained and filled gearbox with SHC634 synthetic oil. Installed new work lamp. Full head alignment. Greased all bearings and zerts. Re-set blade tension and tracking.
